All communications will be available to site administrators in the Admin Portal Client Community Idea Center.
RideShark always has, and always will be, perpetually improving and innovating. Now, all clients shall be made aware of every new feature, enhancement and development each and every month.

Announcement
In-System Communication Enhancement
Effective immediately, all internal system user communications will be handled through the RideShark system directly. This change reflects enhanced security protocols whereby users will respond and communicate with one another directly through the application. Previously when a user hit ‘reply’ in their find match requests their email was visible. Now clicking the ‘reply to’ link will send the message through the application, ensuring that neither the receiver or sender’s email is visible. Unless a user opts to provide their contact email, this information will remain private. User emails are never revealed.
